Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sundance-Multiprocessor-Tech SMT310Q-IDC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sundyne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Superior parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sylvania product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sundyne such as the 65001593 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M062FD09 manufactured by Superior and we are pleased to be able to service most Superior systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 177U03D by Manufacturer Sylvania as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Inovance Brand IS620PS7R6IC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Superior such as 6189PI equipment made by Superior have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Superior products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Superior" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SS4001113 made by Superior as well as the popular SS150BM101004 original spares produced by Superior

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C209299G1D by Superior and 6189PI spares by Superior are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PB31000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sylvania.
